Violet's Dream - Contest Entry for Violetalphawolf

Violet flopped into her nest, eyes heavy with sleep. A long day had passed, and the she-wolf was ready for bed.
Violet's eyes fluttered open and she found herself in the strangest place. Floating chunks of land passed through the air at a slow, drifting, pace while golden fluffy clouds gently wove around the sunkissed islands.
A cotton-ball cloud floated right up to Violet. The she-wolf stepped cautiously onto the fluffy golden cloud. To her surprise, her paws sunk into the soft material, but it held her weight. A small island floated to her next, seeming to be waiting for her to step onto it, and so she did. A continuous stream of these zeppelin-like objects lead Violet through the dream realm, lining up in a queue, and so she did follow them into the endless oblivion.
